- "Tasmania’s Tarkine: Australia’s largest rainforest" 30 minutes
THE TARKINE SLIDESHOW a 15 minute visual feast of images from the Tarkine including speccy coastal to rainforest stills and devastated logging coupes. This is on VHS tape and can be screened with music if you provide it or at a pinch we can talk about the images or preferably someone else can!
I also have some other enviro films if you want to run more on your night. There’s Suzy Bate’s’ "Pinned" 10 mins. And I have a film "Bankrupt the man or the system?" Jeni McMillan - 23 mins long which is a personal story about a couple living near Eden, NSW, who have had their creeks filled with sand because of logging and have devoted the last 12 years to fighting for justice and change of SF practices. This will be a first screening.
