why a bicycle
winter afternoon ride home
peaceful setting sun



fat lump stuck in car
sweaty frustrated angry
go home watch tv

riding past i see
only pain ahead for them
why not ride a bike

cycling opens out
my view and sense of smell
the whole world awaits


tight bum on fast bike
recumbents see nicer things
than people in cars
